Member Management
Member management controls current organization members, pending invitations, roles, and invitation links. The Members settings page has Members and Invitations tabs, and only admins can invite, change roles, remove members, copy invitation URLs, or cancel invitations. When a team manages AI workers, knowledge, and integrations together, keep clear ownership between admins and regular members.
Overview
Invite team members, change roles, remove members, and manage pending invitations.
Basics
Member list
The Members tab shows organization users, email addresses, roles, Active status, and a badge for the current user. Admins can change another member's role with a selector and remove members from the row menu. Switching teams changes which organization's members are shown.
Invitation flow
Use the Invite button to enter email addresses and a role. The email field accepts multiple addresses separated by spaces or commas. After sending, pending invitations appear in the Invitations tab, and invited users join from tokenized invitation URLs.
Pending invitations
The Invitations tab shows invitee email, role, invited date, and expiration date. The row menu can copy the invitation URL or cancel the invitation. If the wrong role was used, cancel the pending invitation and send a new one with the correct role.
Roles and sharing scope
Use admin and member roles intentionally. Admins can handle invitations, role changes, and removals. Knowledge sharing and AI worker visibility use organization membership, so remove former members, cancel unnecessary invitations, and avoid leaving excessive admin access.
Checklist
- Open Members settings and confirm the active organization and member list are correct.
- Invite new members by email address and role, then review pending invitations.
- Remove former members or unnecessary invitations, and confirm admin access is limited to the right people.
