Billing

Billing spans the dashboard credit balance and usage trend plus the Settings Billing page for current plan, subscription status, monthly credits, purchased credits, the billing portal, and plan selection. Zemu uses credits for AI worker runs and model usage, so checking balance, renewal date, purchase availability, and plan limits before scaling workers keeps operations stable.

Overview

Review dashboard credit status, plan details, top-ups, the billing portal, and account limits.

Basics

Dashboard signals

The dashboard shows Current Credits, Credits Used (Period), a period filter, Refresh, Used Credits / New Credits charts, and a daily table. Use a range such as the last 7 days to see when usage increased.

Billing page signals

The Settings Billing page shows the Current Plan card with plan, billing cycle, next renewal, access-until date, and cancellation state. Manage Subscription opens the billing portal, and Buy Additional Credits opens the credit purchase modal. Scheduled downgrades or cancellations appear as dedicated cards with effective dates.

Credits and expiration

Credits include available balance, monthly allocation, and purchased top-ups. Purchased lots show purchase date, expiration date, and days remaining. AI worker runs, model usage, and external tool usage consume credits, so compare high-frequency triggers and heavy models against the dashboard usage trend.

Limits and payment sync

If execution is blocked, check credit balance, subscription status, concurrent runs, project count, thread count, AI worker count, scheduled/app trigger counts, and custom MCP limits. If a payment does not appear to apply, check Checkout success session sync, the billing portal state, and the effective date of scheduled changes.

  2. Open Billing settings and confirm current plan, subscription status, renewal date, and top-up expiration.
  3. After changing plans, buying credits, or using the billing portal, run a representative AI worker success path.
