Q. Can we proceed without an in-house IT specialist?
Yes. You can move forward simply by describing what you want to do in chat. If you are unsure or want to discuss where to start, please feel free to contact us.
Q. Which kind of work should we start with?
It is well suited to work that happens frequently or takes effort to get moving quickly. Typical examples include aggregation, data entry, and report creation.
Q. Can we fully automate and get results immediately after rollout?
Immediate full automation is difficult. It is better to think of the system as something that becomes familiar with your operations as you use it. Many flashy demos seen on social media are performances. We recommend building results step by step through realistic stages.
Q. Can you accommodate custom integrations or unusual requirements?
Custom integrations are possible in many cases. Some cases may be difficult, so please consult us first. We do not provide individual custom development for unusual requirements. However, we offer rollout support and ongoing enablement services, and some needs can be handled by customizing the AI workers themselves. Please feel free to contact us.
Q. Will our company data be used to train the AI?
No. Neither AI providers nor we use your company data for training. Privacy is our top priority, and data is used only for application behavior. Dedicated servers for your company can also be arranged, so please feel free to contact us.
Q. How is this different from RPA?
RPA is good at repeating defined procedures accurately, but it tends to stop when inputs or formats vary. The main difference is that this service can flexibly automate work even when procedures or conditions are ambiguous, with AI reading the context. It also supports a hybrid configuration that combines RPA and AI: some judgments are left to AI, while routine processing is executed by programs.
Q. How do we recover if the AI processes something incorrectly?
You can configure human approval steps for important processes. Execution logs are retained, so you can trace what happened and where. If a malfunction occurs, recurrence can be prevented by reviewing business instructions or adjusting permissions.
Q. How long are logs and audit trails retained?
Operation logs, including access logs, are retained for one year. Billing-related records are retained for seven years in accordance with legal requirements.
Q. Is security safe?
Yes. By setting appropriate permissions for AI, you can use the service safely. For details, please refer to the separate security page.
