Zemu Agents Guild supports both fully automated execution based on conditions and schedules, and semi-automated execution with human approval. How much you delegate to AI is a design decision made by users themselves, based on business risk and importance.

We recommend having humans give final approval.

For example, "Run internal daily report aggregation automatically every morning. But for customer reply drafts, always have the person in charge review before sending." — You can flexibly configure this kind of separation within the same platform.

Approval Flow

For high-risk operations or processes involving external communication, we recommend inserting human review and approval. Whether to include an approval step can be configured per workflow.

Permission Management

Restrict executable operations and integration targets per role. Since the scope of allowed automation is also governed by permissions, you can control at a granular level — e.g., "This agent can auto-update the ledger, but everything else requires approval."

Tenant & Runtime Isolation

Designed with per-company tenant isolation and sandbox-based runtime isolation as defaults. Even during automated execution, processes cannot affect other environments.

Logs & Audit

All instructions, processes, and results are recorded regardless of whether execution was automated or approved. We believe it's especially important for automated processes to be traceable — knowing when, what, and how things ran.
