Standard paid plans are Starter at ¥22,000/month and Team at ¥55,000/month, tax exclusive. Pay as you go has no fixed monthly fee and is used by purchasing additional credits as needed. Enterprise is quoted individually. Additional credits are ¥2,500 for 1,000 credits, then +200 credits for each additional ¥500, tax exclusive.

Payment Method and Timing
Credit card payment. Monthly plans are charged at signup and then automatically each month. Additional credits are charged each time they are purchased.
Delivery/Service Provision Timing
Monthly plan features, monthly credits, and additional credits are reflected immediately after payment completion.
Return/Cancellation Policy
No returns or cancellations will be accepted after the purchase process is complete. If a monthly plan is canceled, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Monthly credits do not carry over to the next month. Additional credits expire 120 days after purchase, and expired credits are not refundable.

If there is no active credit balance, creation and generation features such as AI execution, knowledge creation, and file upload may be restricted. For products or services with special sales conditions or provision conditions, the conditions will be displayed on the respective purchase pages.
