Sales AI team template and role-based CS Knowledge
v1.2.9 adds an official "resident sales AI team worker" template. It connects step by step with HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Slack, automating Gmail drafts, CRM activity notes, and next-task records, while email sending and important CRM changes always go through approval. You can also assign the CS Knowledge referenced during inquiry handling to each role, so each role sees only the information it needs.
