Knowledge trash and restore

v1.2.13 makes it easy to recover from accidental deletions in Knowledge. Deleted pages and database rows are collected in a shared trash, where you can review their contents and restore them to their original location with one click. In addition, when the accounting AI worker is unsure how to proceed, it now files an escalation ticket to the Knowledge DB first, preventing missed or delayed handling.
