Proposal drafting and evaluation for the AI operations consultant
v1.2.12 adds a proposal drafting and evaluation foundation for the AI operations consultant. Improvement candidates are drafted and evaluated through a verification process based on a six-phase evaluation contract, so you receive proposals whose reliability has been checked.

The AI operations consultant can now draft and evaluate operational improvement candidates through a safe verification process.
