AI model management screen and outcome metrics monitoring

v1.2.11 adds a model management screen for administrators. You can list the available AI models, control runtime behavior, and change the default model's fallback settings directly from the screen. We also added a monitoring view that visualizes AI-driven operational outcomes so you can continuously track evaluation status.
