Department management and a grace period for deleted AI Workers

v1.1.80 lets you group members of your organization into departments. Choose a department in Settings or in the sharing dialog to share resources such as AI Workers and secrets with everyone in it at once. Deleted AI Workers are also kept in a restorable state for 30 days, so an accidental deletion can be undone.
